Having done an intensive cooking course at The Grange near Bath, after school Caroline has cooked all her life- often abroad, in London, Scotland and near her home in East Sussex.
Caroline has built up a great client base with many returning customers.
Whether it is a lovely dinner party, a Sunday lunch, a christening, a wedding, a shoot dinner or just a drop off, Caroline spends hours creating a perfect menu and poring over ideas at her kitchen table.
